I presume from the reference to models now having pull switches for coil tap and phase that this dates from 1985/6. 1 - for early Thunder guitars with controls for volume, tone and active gain (Thanks to Malcolm Henderson) 2 - for Thunder guitars and basses with controls for volume, passive tone and active tone.
